The Messenger Stories

in Maori mythology, the Gods spoke through the birds, relaying their wishes and using their forms to influence the human realm. They were the vehicles used to speak to the heavens and their feathers tokens of devotion that would bring loved ones back to you. These designs pay tribute to these stories.

STERLING SILVER
We use 925 Sterling silver for all of our silver jewellery. In addition to this, all of our sterling silver jewellery is rhodium plated. Rhodium is one of the rarest and most expensive precious metals. When sterling silver jewellery is rhodium plated it helps to prevent tarnishing, gives the jewellery a high shine finish and makes it more resistant to scratching. Sterling silver is a delicate metal and it will age and tarnish over time, but plating with rhodium gives your piece a much longer life. Our silver jewellery is also nickel free which makes it less common to irritate the sensitive skin.
